IRun.

I'm convinced running teaches me more about life than college. I've learned over the past couple of years that I need to enjoy and embrace suffering. It sounds crazy! There are a lot of things in life you hate doing, or just don't feel like doing because you see no immediate gratification. It's at these times when you should not resist the suffering or just run away from it, claiming you don't have enough time or energy. You make time for what's important to you. And even if you don't get any reward for your hard work, enjoy the journey it took to get there. Enjoy the effort, the sacrifice, the courage. In the end it is not succeeding as much as persevering that matters. And of course, pray to God you do see results, but understand answered prayer isn't usually the way you expected it.
